You will be responsible for benefits data integrity and analysis ensuring that data is accurate and secure; along with ensuring that benefit invoices are being reviewed, audited and paid in a timely manner. This role is a key member of the People and Total Rewards team, working closely with all Benefits team members and third party vendors on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide data integrity for all aspects of the company’s employee benefits policy and plans including Health and Wellness, Retirement and Savings, and other related benefit plans.
• Partner closely with Corporate Finance and Legal to ensure data and invoicing for the company’s benefits plans, programs and initiatives are accurate in order.
• Partner closely with HRIS, Payroll, and IT
• Reviews data integrity across all systems for benefits along with reconciling the manual processes
• Responsible for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual audits of benefits programs and systems
• Responsible for ensuring that invoices are paid accurately and timely, partnering with the various benefit program leads to ensure services are occurring.
• Use knowledge of employee benefits along with attention to detail to identify submission errors, outliers and other aberrations in data.
• Identify meaningful data in collaboration with programmers and determine best ranges and categories for presentation.
• Perform quality assurance during testing and on-going programs and plans
• Identify and recommend process changes
• Stay alert and ahead of emerging government and IRS regulations, practices and policies, evaluating the appropriate responses and suggesting changes in policies and programs as necessary.
• Ensure effective delivery of benefit offerings and build plans for continuous improvement.
• Focus externally on best practices, regulatory requirements and the competitive environment.
• Collaborate early and often with our employees and partners internally and externally.
• Build open and honest relationships with peers and business clients.
• Assist with RFP process for vendors/partners if and when needed, supporting the analysis.
• Analyze and compare RFP proposals from vendors and recommend best choice of employee benefit plans based on several factors including total rewards strategy, health drivers to decrease cost of overall benefits, assessment of current benefits, employees value proposition, etc.
Key Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3 years of experience
• Experience with Federal/State relations and benefits law knowledge and ERISA expertise. Familiarity with legal/tax issues in benefits, including labor relations.
• Strong communicator and partner with all levels of a large sophisticated company.

• Strong professional skilled in Budgeting, Health Insurance, Operations Management, and Data Analysis.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem solving and project management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work on various projects simultaneously keeping them on track and providing clear status updates to management.
