Position Overview
Autodesk Education Experiences (AEX) 's Marketing team is seeking a talented, dynamic and self-directed Integrated Marketing Manager who is responsible for developing integrated marketing campaigns to define and grow awareness and adoption of key products and solution offerings through multi touch campaigns via both digital and offline marketing channels, targeting secondary and post-secondary Students and Teachers in the US.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about Education and have the ability to identify and implement campaigns that support our current and future users and their influencers across their educational journey. Candidate should have a good understanding of B2B and B2C marketing best practices and able to apply appropriately across channels. This person must work at both the strategic and tactical level: generating creative and scalable ideas for growth while executing best-in-class marketing campaigns, analyzing data and solving problems. Candidate will both drive their own strategies and executions as well as manage and mentor individuals focused on specific sectors and segments.
Responsibilities
• Understand and empathize with our customers at each point in their educational journey in order to create and successfully drive awareness, understanding, adoption, and usage of Autodesk tools and platforms
• Define goals and metrics for marketing campaigns and programs including events and tradeshows, webinars, online marketing campaigns, lead generation programs, promotions, etc
• Mentor and manage individuals who are focused on specific industries and audiences within the educational eco-system. Provide guidance and strategic overview of how efforts align and ladder to each other vs. which require bespoke and dedicated efforts to meet desired goals and outcomes
• Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders across the Education and Commercial marketing and Field teams to drive holistic brand and audience funnel goals
• Establish and scale marketing best-practices for the Education audience, document and share across the AEX and BSM organization. Analyze performance of marketing channels and other campaign metrics to inform marketing decisions. Prepare and distribute reports on performance to team and management
• Identify and implement comprehensive testing methodology for ongoing learning and program optimization
• Work closely with agencies, digital marketing teams, brand, product teams, and legal/compliance to deliver campaigns on time
• Collaborate and support the wider AEX team effectively as needed to achieve strong strategic thinking and execution in programs and campaigns per quarter
Minimum Qualifications
• 7+ yrs in a Marketing position with a solid background in both B2B and B2C marketing. Education vertical experience is desired but not mandated
• Proven track record as a self-starter with a strong hand on experience in marketing operation (strategic development through execution) and managing staff
Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of marketing best-practices by channel and audience
• Interest in 3D design, electronics, technology, maker and education fields
• Knowledge of the use of MS Office, Marketing Analystics software like Marketo/Adobe sitecataylst
• Ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities, thrive on solving challenging problems and not afraid to challenge the status quo
• Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize and work effectively in fast-paced environment
• An above and beyond friendly personality with excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across departments and teams
