Position Overview
We are searching for an exceptional leader to define and execute Autodesk’s strategy for winning over the next generation of design and manufacturing professionals, ensuring they not only master our tools but develop a strong preference for Autodesk. Reporting to the Director of Business Strategy & Operations, you will provide visibility into the global trends impacting the future of work, and work with your peers in sales, marketing and learning to ensure our strategies and plans maximize our impact.

Responsibilities
• Define one to three-year vision and develops the education business plan for Design and Manufacturing
• Size the overall market opportunity, and identify and prioritize key target segments, audiences, and geographies
• Stay abreast and educate broader organization on industry trends and competitive landscape
• Define packaging and pricing of offerings to fit the needs of various segments and audiences
• Partner closely with your peers in the business strategy and marketing group to ensure alignment with commercial strategy
• Develop and drive execution of our go-to-market strategies across functions, channels and geographies
• Define KPIs and metrics, and publish quarterly analysis and insights on the health of the business and our strategies
• Define and package key sales plays and supporting training materials for our direct and indirect channel partners
• Build and champion our thought leadership platform both internally and externally with customers, partners, the press, and employees
Minimum Qualifications
• 3+ years of mechanical engineering or manufacturing experience
• 3+ years management consulting, product management, or equivalent experience
• Experience with Autodesk or related products including CAD, simulation, and CAM workflows
Preferred Qualifications
• Successfully led strategy projects from assessment through implementation
• Implemented meaningful organization change and measurable impact
• Managed high-performance teams to meet challenging goals & objectives
• MBA, B.S. in Mechanical Engineering preferred
• A real passion for inspiring and empowering tomorrow's technology leaders
• Willingness to travel, including internationally, up to 20%
