Description
Will be handling an established list of agencies and direct accounts and will also be expected to develop new business and new sources of revenue for KTTV, KCOP and FoxLA.com. Will handle all aspects of the sales process, including packaging, pre and post-sell, makegoods and assisting with collections.
Qualifications
Must have a college degree and a minimum of 3 years of major market experience in advertising sales with a proven track record of success.
Experience in TV sales in an LPM market with a proficiency in Wide Orbit is preferred.
Must have the ability to build strong, trusting, long-term relationships.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to effectively multi-task.
Must be creative and effective at selling not only high ticket, major events/programs including Sports, but also selling ratings-challenged programming.
Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
This position is 50% Base and 50% Commission based on Annual Target.
