The Queens Library Foundation (QLF) is a 501(c)(3) and 509(a)(1) and 170(b)(1)(A)(vi) non-profit organization whose mission is to raise funds for the programs, services, and materials for Queens Library. This is an exciting opportunity for the selected candidates, as the Foundation anticipates significant growth and expansion under the leadership of the Queens Library President and CEO, Dennis Walcott. We are seeking talented and dynamic individuals to join a hard-working, mission-driven fundraising team.
Ideal candidates are excited to help us build upon our current fundraising efforts and are also flexible, positive, creative and proactive. Positions we are seeking to fill include:
Senior Manager of Major Gifts: Responsible for key functions of a growing, donor centered major gifts program. This includes cultivation and solicitation of: major and mid-level donors and prospects, family foundations and planned giving prospects and donors. Responsible for collaborating on various special events, including the QLF Gala.
Institutional Giving Associate: Plays a key role in managing the systems for tracking and monitoring all grants in the Queens Library Foundation’s funding base.
