Job Description
What You’ll Do
• Successfully build a relationship with your client. You’ll interact with the client on a regular basis to understand their needs and help them reach their target market, building a great relationship, and ultimately growing the business
• Manage and develop a team of direct reports that includes media supervisors and associates. You’ll maintain the workload of your team, delegating tasks and responsibilities to ensure the most productive and effective use of each person’s skills, while motivating their interests and challenging their minds.
• Strategize with your team and the client to develop innovative, well-targeted marketing solutions. Encourage your team to think to think of all the possibilities and come up with alternative media solutions and, when it makes sense, re-create the wheel.
• Create and flawlessly execute a media plan that connects your client to their consumer. Throughout the year, you’ll oversee the progress of all projects, assist your team to make sure deadlines are met, and, of course, make sure the work being produced is stellar.

Qualifications
Who You Are
• You have a Bachelor's degree, preferably with a concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, and communications preferred.
• Stractivation Strategy/Investment
• Experienced strategist with 10+ yrs of work exp.; Senior brand client interaction and management, and close partnership and collaboration with other agency partners;
• Entertainment/studio experience is a must!
• 5+ years of management experience, ideally leading teams of 5 or more employees
• Ability to strategically plan campaigns from audience determination, through how to best flight and execute campaigns to align with clients strategic goals and KPIs
• Driving the integration of digital specialisms into the planning team
• Injecting ideas, innovation and leading industry developments into planning assignments
• Using of analytics to inform and validate planning and digital strategy
• Identifying media opportunities
• Monitoring and recommending improvements to the entire digital process
• Ensuring people are adopting the best in class tools, techniques, systems to deliver digital processes
• Developing strong internal and external partner relationships
• Developing direct reports
• Strong written and verbal communication (PPT, visual story telling necessary) allowing individual to explain how programmatic plans were developed, what they entail, and how they were executed
• 5+ years of media analytics experience
• Portfolio management of paid media for a large brand (over $1MM media budgets)
• Excellent communication, diplomacy, and decision making skills with the ability to think creatively.
