Summary:
Director, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will be responsible for developing, planning and delivering HR programs for the HQ Marketing team that enable the achievement of business results. You'll serve as a strategic advisor to Marketing Leadership (currently 7 SVPs) and their teams. You'll advise on and oversee delivery of HR programs including talent management, talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, culture and engagement and organizational design and development. You'll lead change management initiatives and will work closely with senior leaders to create a culture where talent can grow, develop and achieve outstanding business performance. The ideal candidate grounds his/her consultative approach to HR in a deep understanding of the business and interpersonal dynamics.
Responsibilities:
-Drive the effective delivery of HR programs.
-Provide guidance and leadership on organizational effectiveness, change management and conflict resolution.
-Provide expertise in the following areas: career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development.
-Develop strong relationships and partnerships with leaders at all levels to be viewed as a credible resource in providing a broad range of HR consultation.
-Provide coaching and support to leaders in their own personal development as well as development of their teams.
-Partner with Human Resources CoE teams (Marketing/Sales, Retention and Marketing Analytics) in the development and delivery of a seamless and holistic HR strategy for the business.
-Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work
nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
-Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
-Generally 10 years of HR or a combination of HR/business experience in a high-growth, fast-paced, and changing environment.
Preferred qualifications:
-Experience supporting a highly dynamic Sales/Marketing driven organization.
-Strong business acumen and the ability to translate the needs of the core business function into people solutions.
-Proven analytical and influencing skills and an exceptional ability to build credibility quickly at all levels within an organization.
-Demonstrated capability to develop, implement and manage national programs while operating within a largely decentralized organizational model. Leadership maturity to discern where market-based flexibility is appropriate and where it is not.
-Credible leader able to effectively interact with and influence executives, management and other employees.
-Humble, practical leader who will embrace Comcast culture and bring strong advocacy for both strategic and front line opportunities.
-Collaborative leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills to work across the business.
-Ability to execute against multiple projects and excel in a demanding, results-oriented work environment. Comfortable 'rolling up the sleeves' and doing whatever it takes to support the business.
-Versatility, flexibility, and ability to work within constantly changing priorities.
-Extraordinary communications capability with a high tolerance for ambiguity.
