Job Summary:
Digital Sales Content Coordinator: executes Regional Digital Sales support for Account Executives in the eight market Hartford Region for revenue generating campaigns as well as maintain Sussex Market Social Media Accounts and station websites to help support the facilitation of revenue generating campaigns in that market.
Responsibilities:
• Scheduling, monitoring and recapping digital campaigns.
• Maintaining and communicating regional digital inventory with Digital Sales Management
• Sales Operations for execution of SLATE products – direct email, graphics, ad scheduling
• Work with Digital Ad Traffic and Inventory Management to ensure that what is proposed and booked is well understood and executable.
• Work with sales and clients to direct campaign optimization efforts.
• Communicates with the regional digital team to ensure sales requirements are squared away before launch dates and for the latest legal social media practices to source out to local market employees
• Responsible for updating and maintaining social media accounts and station websites in the Sussex market to drive digital growth and reach company goals
• Oversees and Maintains Regional DFP, digital inventory and communicates with Digital Sales Management for Hartford Region
• Sales Operations for execution of SLATE products – direct email, contesting, graphics
• Accompanies Account Executives to present digital products and services to clients.
• Supports sales and programming with digital elements for sales and programming initiatives
Qualifications
• Able to work quickly and efficiently, delivering high quality results under the pressure of deadlines, with routinely quick turn-around times
• Excellent project management and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail, and high work standards
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; proven writing, editing, proofreading and copy-writing ability
• Can work collaboratively with a team, independently and under close direction
• Ability to work quickly and change priorities to adhere to daily deadlines; able to shift gears quickly
• Significant working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud; proficient in Photoshop
• Knowledgeable about design rules but creative enough to know when to break rules in order to innovate
