Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our global marketing team and work on the planning and implementation of projects that ensure the smooth running of operations at the heart of our marketing engine. With naturally strong organization skills and a high attention to detail, this role offers a terrific opportunity to lead the development and execution of operations activities for the worldwide education marketing team; defining, optimizing, documenting and overseeing team compliance with standardized and repeatable workflow processes, to realize efficiency savings, support data-informed decision making and enable best practices application across the team. This position will also provide execution support for business-critical projects that support the marketing function and enable agile go-to-market execution.
Responsibilities
• Establishing and managing a central marketing calendar to support integrated campaign planning across the team, and distil down regional complexities to provide a clear, at-a-glance annual view of global marketing GTM execution plans
• Creating a marketing team KPI dashboard and ensuring regular and consistent reporting by the team, to enable regular monitoring of marketing initiatives/ programs/ campaign performance and provide insight as to marketing impact upon business goals and inform quarterly business reporting
• Consulting with x-team stakeholders to inform the creation of standardized templates, to facilitate easy and consistent reporting on program and campaign effectiveness
• Consulting with x-team stakeholders to define, implement and oversee a testing roadmap and template to enable marketing agility and ensure consistency in & a regular cadence for reporting and analysis
• Managing and overseeing global campaign set-up; creating campaigns in Orion and capturing IDs in a central tracking sheet, to ensure accurate performance reporting through automated dashboards and provide ease of access to information for manual data pulls
• Enabling integrated, global email planning and execution for the marketing team. Including the creation and oversight of a central eDM calendar and review of planned communications and audience segmentations to ensure customers receive an appropriate volume and regular cadence of integrated communications from Autodesk (may also support the creation of emails in Draftr)
• Managing a central SharePoint repository for marketing campaigns, assets, performance reporting, execution processes and workflows to enable self-serve access to information
• Helping to establishing a process for, and a regular cadence of x-team report-outs to share & capture audience insights, learnings and best practices to ensure x-team insight, integration, collaboration and agility
• Conducting web, data and workflow analyses to identify opportunities for optimization
• Providing support for ad-hoc projects to deliver enhanced education user experiences, enhance the marketable universe and ensure agile GTM execution
• Creating marketing assets in support of special projects and measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of those activities
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelors degree or at least 4 years of work experience, in a fast-paced, dynamic, digital marketing environment
• Ability to build positive, productive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
• Exercise clear and effective written and oral communication, to ensure execution on time and to high quality
Preferred Qualifications
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload
• Adaptability to changing priorities, together with a keen willingness to improve and learn new skills, tools and systems
