I. Job Summary
| Major goals and objectives.
The Digital Marketing Manager-Consumer Revenue will manage and implement digital marketing programs to support Consumer Revenue efforts with support and direction from the Digital Marketing management team. Support efforts that carry a variety of goals including meeting subscription goals, membership acquisition, and more. Marketing avenues will include onsite promotion, support of paid efforts, affiliate efforts, and third party avenues as needed.
This role will support cross department programs and initiatives.

Manage and execute online marketing programs supporting consumer revenue goals. Coordinate day-to-day business activities relating to marketing programs including creative assets, reporting and operations. Work cross-departmentally with creative, copywriters, edit, legal, finance, shared services, optimization, business leads, and technical teams to coordinate test and implement programs. Request and test creative and copy, site functionality and information tied to program implementation before, during and after program launch.

Track and report promotional results for programs. Maintain and develop reports that communicate program and campaign results. These reports may be weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually or as needed.

System testing. Testing system updates and new technology as needed.

Research of competitor activities around marketing and execution as it relates to similar goals. Provide implementation and process suggestions where appropriate across the organization. Research and identify emerging trends and technology for possible action planning.

III. Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements| All must be met to be considered.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or Journalism, or equivalent training and/or experience.
Experience:
Minimum three years related professional experience.
Must have experience with content management systems for the web and use of current tools for tracking acquisition processes, goals and outcomes
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Experience with online A-B split testing and programs associated with this testing and targeting
• HTML knowledge

REQUIRED Experience:

• Professional verbal and written communication, including email correspondence.

• Strong understanding of functionality and application of online social networks
