Job Summary
We have an immediate need for a regular full-time Analyst II in CenturyLink’s Talent Acquisition team supporting Recruitment Marketing. This employee will be responsible for providing analytic and metric support for CenturyLink’s Human Resources department in order to determine the ROI of multiple resources used within teams of Talent Acquisition to attract and sustain highly qualified applicants and hires throughout the entire organization. This employee will also be responsible for assisting the Recruitment Marketing team in strategizing and planning the administration of different marketing campaigns in order to raise job awareness of high priority openings within the entire organization.
The ideal candidate for this position is an analyst-level, highly tactical professional who also has the ability to think strategically and see the bigger picture. This individual should display a strong balance of analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, communication and presentation skills, and should be able to work independently while also contributing to the team dynamic and the success of various vendor relationships. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert regarding the analytics and data that surround and drive qualified applicants to open positions within the entire organization. Intense dedication to organization of large data is a must in this position.
Job Description
• Creating and maintaining an expansion of metrics system from current functions to further developed views
• Preparing ad-hoc request reporting
• Provide analytical support to review regional market data to position marketing
• Prepare, organize, and track a calendar of marketing activities and campaigns
• Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly deadlines for reports and presentations of cultivated analytics for multiples teams within the TA department
• Lead monthly metrics readouts to cross-functional teams across the company
• Assist with managing Employee Referral Program
• Manage lead generation activity and success: best practices, ROI analysis
• Leverage social media platforms to engage prospects and contacts
• Support customer engagement events: roundtables, WebEx, user groups, surveys, etc
• Event support including swag order and shipment fulfillment requested throughout the organization
• Proofing of collateral and script used to target and engage in market
• Provide budget allocation & tracking for the verification & approval of multiple marketing campaigns
• Manage multiple mailboxes across the TA department
• Manage intake requests of recruiters and/or other members of the HR organization
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, English, or related field.
• At least one year experience managing complex programs and projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent analytical and presentation development/delivery skills.
• Ability to work under multiple deadlines.
• Ability to balance multiple requests and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to communicate both orally and in writing with executives, peers, employees, union leadership and vendors.
