This is a position for Via Oncology, an Elsevier company. Via Oncology is a healthcare technology company founded in 2009. They have become the industry leader in providing decision support technology solutions for oncologists to support them in their care of cancer patients.
This position works with internal stakeholders on the account management team to identify problems and propose solutions. Primary duties will be supporting account management activities through day-to day engagement on current team priorities. This position requires a person who is detail oriented, mindful of deadlines, and persistent with follow up. The analyst will be called upon to maintain project planning documents, prepare meeting and materials, prepare reports and write and distribute high level requirement documents. The analyst will analyze the team activities and make recommendations to improve internal processes.
Responsibilities:
• Maintains organization of the day to day tasks assigned to the Account Management team
• Prepare presentations
• Run customer supports
• Develop agendas and document minutes for customer meetings
• Assist with high level requirements gathering for customer wish list requests
• Assists with maintenance of SharePoint/Confluence/One Drive
• Internal team performance analyses
• Performs in accordance with system-wide competencies/behaviors
• Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Ability to independently perform problem solving and analysis required
• Previous experience with Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required
• Excellent communication skills and critical thinking
• Strong organizational and attention to detail
