Autodesk is looking for a Manager or Sr. Manager to lead a team of 5 employees in our Finance organization. The right candidate will lead a team that maintains & creates KPI and metrics dashboards for procure-to-pay, tax, treasury, stock admin and payroll, and manages our Ariba purchasing system, online supplier catalogs, supplier certification, and Concur. The role will have high visibility to the VP of Finance responsible for the procure-to-pay, tax, treasury, stock admin and payroll functions, as we look to automate and update our systems in this area.. This is a greenfield opportunity to use your BI/Data Analytics skills to develop valuable tools that don’t exist today and to improve those that do. The role will report to the Sr. Director of Procure to Pay, Payroll, and Insurance.
Responsibilities
BI/DATA ANALYTICS LEADERSHIP:
• Imagine and develop new ways to present data that adds value and insight
• Partner with Tax, Treasury, Procure-To-Pay, Stock Administration and Payroll leadership to understand data and reporting needs
• Maintain, improve, or replace existing dashboards
• Develop automated reporting capabilities
• Identify and recommend the best tools to meet departmental needs
• Act as the primary liaison to our IT organization for significant technology related issues or initiatives for Tax, Treasury, PTP, Stock Admin and Payroll. These could include helping drive Artificial Intelligence or Robotic Process Automation projects, the upcoming ERP replacement project (SAP), and resolving Ariba and Concur issues that might arise
SYSTEMS OPERATIONS:
• Manage two analysts responsible for supplier data management and processes. This includes validating the legitimacy of global suppliers and establishing them in SAP. It also requires working with our Internal Auditing team to provide supplier spend information and to block suppliers from transacting with us when requested
• Lead our annual PTP Sarbanes Oxley compliance review with our external auditors (currently E&Y). Responsibilities include working with other PTP team members to develop appropriate documentation and presenting same to our auditors, as well as leading the resolution process for any findings that might arise from internal or external audits
• Function as the lead for all things SAP, Dashboard, Anaplan, AribaConcur, and Fieldglass. This includes managing two team members that handle daily operations - such as supplier catalog additions, system performance issues or enhancements, and supplier enablement in Ariba - and working closely with our IT organization to prioritize projects
TEAM MANAGEMENT:
• Drive change, raise performance levels, and increase the contributions of the team in support of Tax, Treasury, Procure-to-Pay, Stock Administration, and Payroll
• Conduct quarterly performance discussion with team members and provide ongoing feedback throughout the year
• Focus on team member development and ensure team members have opportunities to gain or enhance needed skills

Minimum Qualifications
We think you’ll know it if you are right for this role, but our thoughts on the best background are as follows:
• Minimum of 7 years BI/Data Analytics experience
• A degree in BI/Data Analytics or in a Finance field with studies that included extensive coursework in BI/Data Analytics
• 5+ years of team management experience, preferably in a global company.
• Flexible mindset and willingness to embrace change
• A robust network of peers and advisors in the field of Finance Business Analytics
• SAP experience would be a significant plus, but is not absolutely required
• Experience with Ariba, Concur, Anaplan, Vertex, and other Finance related applications is also desired
• Experience with Business Objects, QlikView, PowerBi, Cognos, SharePoint, and Tableau would also be a plus
