Position Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Financial Analysis Manager to join WW Sales Finance team, reporting to the Finance Director. In this highly visible role, you will lead a team of senior financial analysts to support the Worldwide Field Operation organization with primary focus on strategic financial planning and analysis including leading sales planning, building high impact financial modeling, and providing insightful analysis to drive executive decision and support Autodesk business transition to SaaS.

Responsibilities
• Lead sales annual planning including driving effective timeline and process, developing highly visible financial modeling and analysis that supports both Sales VP target setting as well as Corporate Integrated Planning process
• Develop and manage a detailed framework and roadmap for the business analysis initiatives based on company trends and executive requirements
• Support WWFO senior leadership in financial modeling and analysis which enables executive decisions to drive top line growth and Autodesk business model transition to SaaS
• Partner across business functions to understand new product offerings, go-to-market strategies, promotions, pricing and other program changes to evaluate and articulate associated impact
• Build analysis and management reporting that effectively tell the story of Sales performance and SaaS business growth. Define and incorporate relevant KPIs / SaaS metrics to help sales leadership monitor business performance and assess risks and upsides
• Lead quarter end analysis and executive review presentations, including financial analysis support to sales management meeting, CFO sign-off and Quarterly Business Reviews etc.
• Lead projects and work across functions to build scalable solutions and lead continuous improvement and automation of sales planning and analysis processes and leverage best practices
• Lead and coach a team of high performing senior financial analysts
• Ensure sales finance HQ deliverables at high standard of quality and accuracy
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred
• Total 8+ years’ experience, with 5+ years of FP&A, business analysis or M&A services experience
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
• Highly proficient with excel and experience in Anaplan and other BI software a great advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
• 2+ years of software industry experience is preferred
• 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing finance is preferred
