The Ads Product Specialist will analyze and deliver insights on behalf of the needs of our user base, while staying connected to the growth of our product. At Pinterest, the Pinner Experience Team is responsible for acting as a liaison between Pinners and Product. The work you’ll do will drive a better user experience and ensure that Community Operations is best prepared for upcoming changes to the product.
What you’ll do:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Ads Product teams as well as several teams across Community Operations, while being an internal advocate of our user base
• Analyze data and report trending issues to several cross functional teams across the company
• Work directly with Ads Product to thoroughly understand experiments, upcoming product changes and roadmaps and communicate those with stakeholders
• Strategize on ways to improve the Pinner experience by prioritizing top issues and feedback about the product and core features
• Work cross functionally amongst the Product Marketing, Research, Community Ops, and Product/Eng orgs
What we’re looking for:
• At least 4+ years working with an Ads Product team, Partner Operations, or within a Product Specialist role within the tech industry
• Experience leading cross functional projects that improve the user experience
• Ability to analyze qualitative data and tell a compelling story using reporting and insights
• Experience advocating, negotiating and driving results amongst competing priorities and metrics
• A strong understanding of the Pinterest product
