Responsibilities
As a Sr.Technology Facilitator you will own responsibility for maintaining intimate knowledge of the technology deployed within the assigned accounts in the region. This includes: the technology solutions deployed; how they’re configured and why; the associated procedures for client implementation, testing, maintenance; knowledge of the formal tech-support protocols; client IT - management liaison; providing training & support to internal team members; systemic issues troubleshooting & escalation management. Must maintain an advanced level of training for the high-tech components of solutions, so as to continually ensure that the design is appropriate and sound within our client environments. Act as a consultant to the Operations teams, Account Executives, Strategy team and ultimately to the clients.
Qualifications
Your qualifications must include a bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience, Network+, A+, or MCSA is preferred, must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, 2-4 years of experience in computer networking or system administration. Other skills include experience with TCP/IP networks, hubs, switches, firewalls, MS Office, experience upgrading PC Hardware, and have the ability to travel when necessary.
