Job Description
Summary: Human Resources Administrative Assistant assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of human resources function and duties.
Special Duties and Responsibilities
• Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions
• Process unemployment claims and wage verifications
• Process HR orders and invoices into Workplace
• Input employment information into ADP Enterprise system
• Assists with inputting termination forms
• Assists HR Director or Manager with various projects
• Schedules meetings and interviews requested by HR Manager or Directors
• Assist with Employment Center day-to-day operation
• Sort and distribute mail including paychecks
• Answer phones andgeneral Human Resources e-mails
• Maintain an organized file system
• Assist in the execution of employee events
• Preserve the confidentiality of Team Member information
• Act as an HR liaison for all employee concerns
General Requirements
• Must be 18 or older
• Must possess excellent communication skills
• Must be highly organized
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Prior HR experience is preferred, but not required
• Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
