Here’s your chance: we’re looking to add a part time Receptionist to our staff.
The Ideal Candidate:
• Will shine as the first point of contact within the company for our treasured clients.
• Excels at interpersonal communication, problem solving, jumping quickly between projects, and fostering streamlined communication between our authors and multiple departments.
• Understands the patience and finesse required to nurture client relationships during both busy and slow seasons, and takes great pride in building brand affinity with every single customer interaction.
• Enjoys showing off their entrepreneurial: an eagerness to learn, improve process, and ownership of responsibilities with little supervision.
• Embraces their time with a team-first mentality, and enjoys attending and assisting with the occasional office party (we really like to eat).
• Proficient with Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Your Most Important Initiatives:
• Creating a pleasant and streamlined customer experience while answering calls, greeting our visitors, and answering basic questions.
• Assisting us with maintaining a top-notch office environment through organization, efficiency, and a little elbow grease: this position is responsible for maintaining meeting calendars, package shipment schedules, mail distribution, office supply orders, and keeping our break room clean and stocked. (Bonus: You have unlimited, fresh-brewed coffee from our Starbucks machine to help you keep up!)
