Blackboard’s Campus Enablement Financial Services team works with higher-education clients across the United States to implement future-forward, innovative technology to deliver convenience of a single, unified credential that integrates the campus with the wider community. Specifically, the Financial Services team is responsible for implementing and to help our clients administer their off-campus commerce card programs (CampusCash™, formerly BbOne™). Employees work in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment, and interface with clients primarily via phone and electronic communication to improve and grow their programs.
The Program Manager will play an integral role in the success of the team. The Program Manager will report to the Director of the Financial Services Group. Specifically, s/he will be responsible for:
Portfolio Management
• Achieving individual program revenue goals for assigned portfolio of CampusCash™ programs.
• Achieving revenue targets for API (application programming interface) transaction partnerships.
• Managing assigned portfolio of CampusCash™ programs by overseeing all aspects of program management, working with internal and external partners to represent client needs and insure client satisfaction and peak program performance levels are met.
• Recruiting merchant locations to benefit revenue growth and program maintenance for assigned portfolio of CampusCash™ programs.
• Working collaboratively with corporate partners to maintain and manage relationships with assigned portfolio of CampusCash™ programs.
• Launching new CampusCash™ programs, as team portfolio expands/as needed.
Additionally, the Account/Program Manager may be responsible for:
• Collecting, organizing and interpreting transaction and usage data to identify areas of opportunity and weakness in current programs.
• Collecting and disseminating key performance indicators, including financial results, for his/her programs, on a regular basis
• Proposing, developing and implementing data-driven enhancements to pricing policies, collateral, external and internal product features
Professional Qualifications
Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree required. Marketing or Business emphasis preferred.
• Minimum of four years of work experience
• Demonstrated prior Account Management / Sales success. Experience developing university relationships a plus.
• Demonstrated Business Analysis skills.
• Excellent organizational, planning, problem-solving, project management and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
• Self-motivated, proactive work ethic; goal oriented; strong team player
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
Preferred Skills:
• Demonstrated prior Account Management experience in Higher Education or Financial Services industry
