Core Responsibilities:
-Provide support for the Center City campus amenities team and customers. Ensure that staff provides timely, and the highest level customer service
-Supervises the amenities floor tour process, creates tour schedules, trains employees, walks floors regularly on and off hours
-Manage contractors/vendors for outsourced services, assist with capital projects
-Assist facilities team representatives with capital projects as needed
-Review and manage employee service requests/work-orders for amenities related equipment
-Oversee day-to-day operations and interior construction projects relating to the amenities floors
-Assist with after-hour projects and on-call emergencies
-Participate in the preparation of the annual operating and capex budget
-Develop and maintain policies and procedures to better serve the amenities team
-Performs other related duties as assigned
-Demonstrated organization and communications skills
-Flexible work hours/on-call
-Prepares cost estimates and schedules, correspondence with employees and vendors
-Lead monthly meetings with facilities and walk-throughs with DCC, FLIK and Fitness Center and follow up on outstanding work orders and projects
-Provide support to all amenities teams on new construction projects throughout the campus, assist with equipment issues, PM contractor, etc.
-Manage relationships throughout the business and challenge conflict and assist managers in establishing the culture in accordance with company Vision and Values
-Ensure that the campus operates effectively on a day to day basis, in line with company and brand standards, and that the appearance of the amenity spaces creates a professional impression to guests and employees
Education/Experience:
-Associates Degree in Business, Accounting, Facilities Management, or equivalent education/experience.
-Minimum 2 to 8 years' experience in facilities, management
-Microsoft Word, Excel, Power, Power Point
Other General Duties Related to the Department:
-Applies knowledge of administrative and business processes, personnel
management, and budgetary controls.
-Evaluates financial and Human Resources management activities to
ensure compliance with state and federal laws, rules, and regulations.
-Manages, develops, interprets, and applies policies and procedures.
-Consults with senior management on matters related to
administrative/business management activities and implements
administrative policies and procedures.
-Serves as a resource to others in solving moderately complex problems.
-Manages through subordinate supervisors' activities to support the
organization's mission.
-Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters
of significance.
-Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work
nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
-Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Specification:
• Generally requires 6-9 years related experience
• Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
