Position Overview
Reports to the Named Account Inside Sales Manager in the WWSS Named Accounts Organization. The Named Account Inside Sales team works closely with Named Account Executives and Named Account Customers. Each Named Account Representative covers an assigned set of accounts and is responsible for driving new business.
Responsibilities
• Sales – net new quota driven
• Conduct outbound customer calls; responsible for a minimum number of calls daily
• Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific subscription solution
• Respond to customer inquiries in a prompt manner. Handle or delegate accordingly
• Use Salesforce.com to document all customer opportunities and customer activity
• Use Salesforce.com to submit orders via salesforce.com case and monitor to completion
• Manage Opportunity Pipeline using current Sales Methodology program– maintain accurate forecast categories and manage pipeline against plans and targets weekly
• Maintain knowledge of Autodesk products, competition and industry trends along with promotions and other items related to doing business with Autodesk and/or its Partners
• Build and maintain relationships with Named Account Executives and relevant channel partners for repeat renewal business
• Responsible for quarterly and annual forecasts to Named Account Sales Management
Minimum Qualifications
• Min of 4+ years of B2B sales experience
• Track record of quota attainment; over achievement of Quota strongly preferred
• Highly proficient in computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word, SFDC
• Highly proficient computer skills including internet, SFDC, Outlook, MS Office Suite
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized
• Strong work ethic and results oriented

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree-4-year College/University degree
• Field of Study: Information Technology, Engineering, Business Management, Sales/Marketing, or similar
• Familiarity with Autodesk sales processes and sales methodologies preferred
• SalesForce.com experience highly preferred
