JOB SUMMARY
: Responsible for advertising sales department’s proposals, network information, tracking and reporting all weekly and end of month numbers, projections, updating inventory reports and answering incoming calls as a company representative.
Specific responsibilities assigned to this position include, but are not limited to:
• Distributes all network information.
• Creates outgoing proposals. Makes media kits and updates prospect kits.
• Compiles Nielson numbers and information for Account Executives.
• Compiles insertion orders and folders when needed.
• Compiles weekly projection numbers for LSM and GSM and provide assistance as needed.
• Performs weekly update of inventory of all reports.
• Answers incoming calls as a company representative.
• May work with Business Manager on accounts receivables.
• Requires regular attendance to report to work per assigned work schedule.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent with one to two years general office/clerical experience. Good working knowledge of advertising functions and terms. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent typing and computer skills. Excellent creative, graphic art and Power Point skills. Ability to perform all the duties and responsibilities as described.
