Description
We are currently looking to recruit a highly motivated individual to serve as our Manager, Tour Services. This is a client facing role so this person must be well presented, confident and diplomatic.
The Manager, Tour Services will be responsible for ensuring that our site operations are the best they can be, and that player levels and provision are consistently to the satisfaction of the client and meet the requirements of the site and contractual commitments. The Manager will also lead an on-site team with responsibility for hiring, onboarding/offboarding, training, performance management, employee issues, scheduling, payroll and motivating staff.
The role requires a person with exceptional diplomacy and organisational skills coupled with excellent communication skills. This person will oversee the smooth running of the guide operations, acting as a point of reference for the client on any issues. The role also requires the ability to ensure that player losses remain at an absolute minimum and sales targets are reached or exceeded.
This role will be client facing and the Manager, Tour Services will be required to build and maintain this relationship along with the operation and commercial teams. This is a very hands-on role that requires initiative and a pro-active approach, combined with good problem solving skills and focus at all times.
