Description
Blackwidow LLC is a Los Angeles-based fabrication and fine art services company specializing in aluminum panels. Other products and services include basswood strainers; picture/photo mounting and framing; canvas stretching and priming; plinths, pedestals and custom exhibition displays; as well as unique fabrication projects.
Currently we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Assistant for a part-time entry level position. The individual occupying this position will work with and report directly to the Office Manager.
Duties include:
- Basic bookkeeping and data entry
- General office administrative tasks
- Communication with clients and outside vendors
- Effective coordination with the Office Manager
- Handing mail and deliveries
- Front desk duties; i.e. receiving phone calls and visitors
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge & familiarity with bookkeeping
- 1-2 years relevant work experience in a similar field
- Excellent communication skills
- Eagerness and aptitude to learn new skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours / schedule when required
- College degree
- Proficient use of Email, Microsoft Office & Google Doc applications
- CA Driver’s License with clean record
Compensation:
24hr work week (9am-5pm, Mon-Wed). Starting rate of pay $15/hr; review after 3 months.
