Training Coordinator (Contract)
We’re looking for a Training Coordinator to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of training events and special projects. You’ll manage, design, develop, coordinate and oversee large or small scale training programs, events and various educational needs. As a Training Coordinator, you'll work directly with employees and help them to do their very best work.
What you’ll do:
• Map out training plans, design and develop training programs (outsourced or in-house)
• Market available training opportunities to employees and provide necessary information including pre & post summaries of learning opportunities
• Own logistics around calendaring, coordinating, gathering & dissemination of materials both pre and post training sessions via calendar and our Learning/Content Management Systems
• Assess instructional effectiveness and summarize evaluation reports determining the impact of training and training materials on employee skills and how it affects KPIs
What we’re looking for:
• Proven working experience in coordinating multiple training events in a corporate and/or technology setting
• Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and virtual classroom software
• Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods and techniques
