Who We Are:
Twitter is seeking a Program Manager who will be responsible for program managing growth and distribution programs within Twitter’s Business Development organization. You’ll help to define and execute our strategy on growth related initiatives. You will work closely with our strategic partners to understand and execute on mutual business objectives. The position is based in San Francisco, CA.
What You’ll Do:
• Build and foster strong relationships with key partners and develop in-depth understanding of key business objectives
• Source, negotiate, and close partnership deals that drive Twitter’s growth strategy
• Own program management responsibilities ensuring that partnerships are successfully set up, implemented and scaled
• Manage and facilitate inbound partner requests to drive growth initiatives
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to draft and customize technical documentation to ensure the success of partner programs
• Define and manage the process to measure the impact of the growth programs
• Partner with regional BD teams to launch growth programs in key global markets
• Work cross-functionally and globally with Product Management, Engineering, Legal, Marketing and other internal organizations across Twitter to execute and drive partnerships
Who You Are:
• Great demeanor and partner-facing attitude, including being reliable, helpful, and efficient
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Proven track record of working with global companies
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Ability to speak fluently to senior executives, salespeople and product managers.
• Program Management experience in an enterprise company or consumer-web company a plus
Requirements:
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a partner/client-facing role (such as technical account management, partner management, program management)
• Experience in successfully managing consumer product and platform integrations
• A BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Math a plus, but not required
