Job Description
The Sales Operations Manager position is a leadership role that will assist in developing and optimizing sales operations systems and workflow for the entire sales organization to better serve our customers.
Job Description
• Be an expert in industry software, Wide Orbit, Wide Orbit Media Sales, Wide Orbit Analytics/Tableau, Salesforce, Sharebuilder
• Assist Sales Leaders with yield management and rate compliance to maximize revenue potential
• Evaluate current workflows maximizing all resources to ensure optimal use of time leading to increased efficiencies
• Lead training and execution of workflows to establish compliance
• Supervise and lead sales support positions, Local Sales Account Managers, Digital Account Managers and Traffic Account Managers
• Manage political FCC files and political advertising compliance
Job Requirements
Experience
• 3+ years of relevant sales operations/sales management experience. Media experience is a plus
• Understanding of enterprise sales business models
• Aptitude for quantitative thinking, with a high degree of comfort working in Excel and database tools
• Demonstrate and illustrate ability to define a project, create a project scope of work develop detailed associated tasks and manage to completion
• Creative problem solver who thrives on challenges, accustom to working in a fast paced environment on multiple projects, prioritizing and meeting deadlines
