As a Director you will:
Lead client consulting and relationships by driving client outcomes and delivering against strategic priorities while managing and cultivating a high performing team
Develop a keen understanding of client needs and develop sales strategies to capitalize on revenue opportunities.
Apply your knowledge of client’s industry, organization and strategic business priorities to provide solutions, add value and achieve clients’ most important goals
Ensure all client agreements are successfully implemented, taking corrective action and removing barriers if needed to guarantee client expectations are met
Own and monitor revenue plans and take action to close gaps through a combination of account plan execution, relationship building and new business development
Seek out opportunities to improve operational efficiencies in alignment with cost leadership and drive results of process improvement initiatives
Recruit, build and maintain a strong, diverse, talent team of people to meet ever shifting business needs, as well as, continuously assess organizational structure and alignment of talent to strategic business objectives
Instill a growth and sales team culture while being accountable for your team’s sales goals
General Skills
Able to lead positive client relationships in complex situations, resolve client issues & grow client revenue
Proven experience at successfully meeting sales revenue targets
Proven track record in market research, project management, sales/business development and/or consulting
Effective in senior level communications, influencing & negotiation
Proficient financial & contractual management.
Able to manage, motivate, develop & inspire large teams
Able to work collaboratively with internal & external teams
Strong sense of urgency and accountability to drive client outcomes
Background and Technical Skills
Bachelor's degree required, MBA a plus
8-10 years’ experience
Strong analytical aptitude
