Job Description
THIS IS AN HOURLY & SEASONAL POSITION.
Role Summary:
Asssit purchasing and warehouse staff in the daily operation of purchases and inventory control. Picking up/dropping off mail at the Post Office, sorting and metering mail, delivering/picking up mail from park offices, processing UPS and FedEx packages, keeping supplies on hand and care of equipment in mail room.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Update Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
• Process purchase orders.
• Place orders.
• Adminstrative functions; filing, sorting and processing purchase orders.
• Metering mail - keep meter running properly and equipment clean.
• Computer entry of all postal, UPS and FedEx packages.
• Maintaining equipment and supplies.
• Deliver and pickup of mail in all park offices, as well as to/from post office.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Good computer skills - MS Word and Excel.
• Organizationald and communication skills.
• Teamwork oriented.
• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A valid Missouri Driver's License.
• Reliabel transportation.
• Responsible and mature work ethic.
