Job Description
• Work with the team Manager, project leads, internal stakeholders, other TA professionals, and leadership to support the design and implementation of a variety of selection tools and solutions. Projects focus is on selection system design, predictive and concurrent validation studies/surveys, competency modeling, interview and pre-screen design and development, analyzing data for adverse impact, ROI and process improvement, and supporting continuous improvement and standardization of recruiter processes to continue to model a best in class Talent Acquisition function.
• Works with Project Leads, stakeholders, vendors, and internal and external project resources to coordinate project deliverables and timelines, staying abreast of risks and dependencies and helping ensure the project reaches successful execution.
• Researches new selection and assessment models by benchmarking within the human resource field/community, reviewing best practice and professional journal research and making innovative recommendations with business practicality in mind.
Qualifications
You’ll need to have…
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field and applicable related experience, or Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and related experience of practical or internship corporate experience designing a variety of selection tools and validation techniques.
• Experience with applying professional standards and practices in selection and assessment (e.g., SIOP, APA Standards, Uniform Guidelines, OFCCP)
• Experience with continuous process improvement by analyzing data and ability to communicate data-based information effectively and concisely to corporate stakeholders
• Excellent project management skills; ability to manage multiple large-scale projects
• Ability to relate to, communicate with, build alliances with and influence stakeholders
• Ability to write comprehensive, and analytical technical reports
