A little bit about our team:
The Digital account management team works with focus to maximize WMG digital revenue and market share for our business with Spotify while ensuring operational account efficiencies and executing our digital strategy and services to our label partners.

Welcome to the fastest growing sector in the music business. You will be tasked with label services ensuring all releases are set up and properly executed to maximize our streaming business growth and developing strategies.
Here you’ll get to:
• Educate and execute best practices to serve our labels and account partner across all Warner and ADA labels
• Support the Spotify Account Management Team and Labels in their day to day needs
• Manage production relationship to streamline content delivery, ensure accurate metadata, and implement corrections where needed
• Route infringing content claims
• Execute and manage timed releases
• Execute and manage video content delivery
• Communicate operational changes and deadlines between accounts and labels.
• Support playlisting strategy implementation across all WMG and ADA labels
• Collect details, assets, compile and report, etc. for analysis requests associated with new product launches.
• Contribute feedback to weekly reporting on new releases, developing artists, account activity, marketing efforts, competitive issues and catalog promotions
• Day to day relationship management with Spotify Operations
Rockstar candidates will be able to:
• Have digital production and operations experience
• Presentation Editing and Creation experience
• A passion and interest in music
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
• Ability to take direction and execute specific outlined initiatives.
• Ability to work under pressure, communicates effectively, and meets deadlines
• Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work independently
• Individual should be a ‘self-starter’ who takes initiative to get involved
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and follow up, excellent time management & able to work in a team environment.

• Account Relationship Management
It would be music to our ears if you also had:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience preferred
• An understanding of digital streaming music services
• Ability to work under pressure, communicates effectively, and meets deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Minimum of 3 years operations and production and supply chain experience
