What you will do:
The role of an OOH-Associate Director is responsible for the planning and implementation of Out Of Home media strategies for Lionsgate from initial brief to post campaign analysis.
• The ideal candidate will oversee the team and process to meet critical deadlines and ensure effective client service.
• The role involves working with team, managing, and implementing OOH advertising needs for Lionsgate.
• Confident enough to develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective client service, proactive problem solving and the successful execution of all facets of account management with clients, agencies and media owners
• Able to multitask through managing and providing client service including: negotiating schedules and rates, monitoring schedule performance and provide planning costs and post buy analysis
• A true creative who is able plan and implement outdoor campaigns from initial brief through to post campaign analysis
• Manage Sr. Associate and Associate. Develop staff through performance management and giving consistent feedback.
• Be an active team player who ensures deadlines are met in a timely efficient manner
Who you are:
• You have OOH knowledge across all environments.
• You will have a good understanding of account handling, the overall entertainment sector and industry. They will be a confident communicator both internally and externally and be able to use their own initiative to identify new efficient ways of working with Lionsgate.
• You must be calm under pressure and able to resolve client or team issues as and when they arise.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Desktop software, specifically: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while managing tight deadlines
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
