The VP, Strategic Initiatives is a key leadership role within Amplify Sales, responsible for organizational design and development, campaign planning and monitoring, and providing feedback and input on product roadmap and marketing plans.
The VP, Strategic Initiatives will help accelerate Amplify’s growth in response to market demand and needs.
This is a part-time role.
Responsibilities of the VP, Strategic Initiatives:
• Assist in the design of the sales organization, including supporting the development of a deal desk, definition of responsibilities, etc.
• Monitor and inform significant state and district adoption campaigns.
• Guide the development of the specialist role, sales presentations, and rep onboarding and ongoing training.
• Represent the sales organization in product and market planning activities, focused on roadmap and competitive positioning.
• Mentor and coach sales managers.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience
• 15+ years’ experience in K-8 education
• Sales Management experience
• Must have the ability to travel at least 50%
