Description
The purpose of this role is to identify training requirements (User to course) and logistics (classrooms, IT, travel) and create the training schedule for all classroom training. Training status reporting and data management of all training administration for the US and Canada circa 18,000 employees.
Key Deliverables
• Responsible for the creation of the training schedule for Release 2, 3 and 4, using the User to System Role and System Role to Module mapping.
• Create and upload all facilitated train the trainer sessions onto scheduling tool (ScheduleIT). Management of attendance and trainer to course mapping.
• Responsible for the management of training invitations, acceptance and declines, rescheduling training as needed
• Responsible for the management of the TEP training mailbox and calendar; responding to queries in a professional and timely manner
• Co-ordinate all training facilities and logistics, including room sourcing and bookings, issuing pre-course work, calendar invitations, reminders
• Accountable for the translation of the training materials working with the translation provider
• Responsible for the management, review and distribution of translated materials (where required)
• Accountable for the TEP training pages on myFinOps – ensuring all support material is available
• Responsible for all distribution and follow up of evaluation surveys and knowledge checks, including data analysis and output
• Responsible for the development and production of training reporting/dashboard, including attendance statistics, feedback and knowledge checks
Qualifications
Essential Skills /Experience
• Previous experience of working in a project training team with large numbers of training events and locations
• Exceptional organization skills including; strong training and/or project co-ordination/administration experience and attention to detail
• Experience with spreadsheets and word processing
• Strong reporting skills, the ability to manage processes and excellent problem solving skills
• Proven track record of being a strong team player
• High level of numeracy and literacy
• Self-starter with a high level of energy/motivation and evidence of a proactive approach to work/tasks/projects
• Ability to prioritize workload and handle pressure, interruptions and multiple projects
