Description
Based in New York City with an office in Houston, Texas, ROGERS PARTNERS Architects+Urban Designers creates institutional and cultural buildings that are civic work. The practice includes 40 architects, urban designers and landscape architects with a breadth of experience ranging from parks and open spaces, to buildings, streets and plazas. Our clients include local, state and federal agencies, private entities, academic, and cultural and civic institutions, who share a vision to improve our urban environment, increase resilience, and engage their communities.
Rogers Partners is currently looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator in our growing TriBeCa office.
Responsibilities
• Report to Director of Marketing & Business Development
• Lead the development of proposals and qualifications packages
• Develop and maintain written and graphic materials used for marketing purposes
• Prepare award submissions
• Contribute to interview and conference presentations
• Coordinate social media efforts
• Maintain firm website
• Assist with market research, business development activities, and marketing outreach efforts
Essential Skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing/editing skills
• Strong graphic eye and overall design sense
• Initiative in response to direction or instruction
• Able to multi-task, prioritize, and thrive in a deadline-driven environment
• Ability to manage multiple project assignments from start to finish with minimal oversight
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with website maintenance and social media a plus
• Interest in and knowledge of architecture and design a plus
Qualifications
• Minimum of three years of experience in the AEC industry, preferably in an architecture or design firm
• Four-year Bachelor’s degree
