Job Summary:
The HRBP serves as an internal partner to leadership and employees on human resources-related issues. Assesses and anticipates HR-related needs and develops integrated solutions. The HRBP formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service that reflects the business objectives of the organization. Maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit’s financial position, its culture and its competition.
Role Responsibilities
• Partner with business unit leaders in support of their human capital agenda –to include but not limited to: organizational design and effectiveness, talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation analysis, employee engagement, talent acquisition and leadership development/talent planning.
• Increase Hiring Manager effectiveness by providing tools and assistance to attract and retain talent.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to leaders (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions) and coordinate with Employee Relations and Employment Law as needed
• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Coordinate with HR Operations, HRIS & HR4U to ensure the business’s information needs met and develop standard and ad-hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics with insights and analytics for CCOA Leadership.
• Provide oversight, coaching and guidance for Employee Engagement Action Planning, Incentive Plan administration and Performance Management.
• Assist and develop appropriate HR programs and projects to support business needs.

Job Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business or related or a combination of relevant work and educational experience.
• Post-graduate degree preferred
• HR Certification preferred.
Work Experience
• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience and client facing responsibility.
Skills
• Demonstrated ability to build highly effective working relationships, drive collaboration across teams, develop processes that contribute to enhanced organizational efficiency and track results.
• Strong organizational / time management skills, and be detailed oriented.
• Skilled in working closely with customers to develop and cultivate client relationships in order to grow accounts.
• Collaborative and professional style with the objective of building strong relationships with diverse customer groups.
• Self-starter with a diligent work ethic and demonstrated flexibility.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills including delivering effective presentations.
• Experience with HRIS (Workday preferred), reporting and HR Analytics.
• Advanced MS Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Project Management skills with the ability to complete projects independently.
• Maturity to handle sensitive information, maintain confidentiality and make sound decisions.
Other Requirements:
Overnight Travel, up to 35% required for meetings, training and market visits

Physical Demands
• Ability to sit and/or stand at a desk for a minimum of 8 hours a day
• Ability and expectation for in-market/region travel of up to 35% for market rides, market visits, presentations, etc
