Responsibilities include assessing submitted research papers, making recommendations to the editorial team, and overseeing the peer review process; choosing, commissioning, and shaping review material; traveling to scientific conferences, meetings, and institutes and developing strong ties with the academic, medical, and biotech/pharma communities; organizing scientific conferences; and contributing to Cell Press’s growth and innovation projects, while keeping abreast of scientific and publishing developments.
