As the Telecom Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for:
Service Delivery Management:
• Establish measurement criteria for processes so that we can continuously improve, by assessing weak points, measuring progress and adjust to the changing needs of the business
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal customers, vendors and peers to understand, build and maintain systems that provide outstanding business value and customer experience
• Act as an escalation point to work with the business, IT and vendors to resolve performance or process issues which impact service delivery
• Drive and assist with on time project outcomes
Telecommunications Management:
• Supervise day-to-day operations of the Telecommunications team and vendors
• Develop and implement data driven KPI’s to manage/leverage vendor relationships to insure SLA adherence, scoping gaps and spend optimization
• Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for IT spending and initiatives
• Control telecommunications spend using data-driven metrics to develop actionable recommendations to drive year over year savings
• Reconcile data from multiple carriers, vendors, and departments to aggressively eliminate waste and insure proper billing across the enterprise
• Submits voice circuit configuration orders to carrier and coordinates installation of voice/network circuits with telecommunications vendors
• Document, validate and maintain telecommunications inventory to include mobile, telephony and networking circuits
Requirements:
Work Experience
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Radio background a plus
Education
• BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
