SENIOR RECRUITER

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to work onsite at our studio in the Los Angeles area (Agoura Hills). We will be growing the studio team significantly and are looking for someone to lead the effort. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of our expansion and work with us as we develop a stellar development team.
Job Responsibilities Include:
• Your primary focus will be filling open positions across all disciplines (software engineering, art, design, production, etc.) for a game development team.
• Participate in all recruiting events including but not limited to job fairs, on-campus recruiting, open houses, and public speaking events.
• Proactively research and be aware of current industry events, trends, and how to use that intel to our advantage.
• Candidate sourcing, cold calling, and aggressively looking for creative ways to find the talent we need.
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry colleagues, colleges, agencies, and other sources of high-quality candidates.
• Coordinate with other recruiters at our other studios and with our corporate team.
Minimum Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in recruiting software engineers, artists, designers, and producers
◦ The ideal candidate will have experience as an in-house recruiter for the games industry
• Strong knowledge and use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - experience with Taleo is a huge plus
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work with swiftly changing priorities
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines
• Excellent organizational skills & multitasking abilities
• Ability to deal effectively with diverse individuals at all organizational levels
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills, both written and verbal
• Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.)
