Job Title and ID: Senior Program Manager, Partner Enablement (17WD26018)
Location: San Francisco
Core responsibilities
• Identifying and assessing the ongoing needs of our global partner sales teams
• Ownership of a strategic sales enablement program that is designed and maintained to increase the confidence and capability of your target audience
• Driving awareness, support, adoption, and participation in your sales enablement programs
• Act as the primary interface between multiple teams to ensure successful rollout of program components
• Measuring the impact of your sales enablement program through qualitative and quantitative metrics
• Research, pilot, and introduce new program methodologies
• Advocate for your enablement programs
• Establish and build strong global relationships
• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to influence and build consensus within and outside of the organization at the highest levels to garner support and adoption for objectives and plans
Program Management
• Maintain sales enablement program and key initiatives with 3-Quarter outlook
• Design, organize and monitor inter-connected initiatives
• Lead strategic discussions to identify key objectives of initiatives
• Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities that support the program
• Proactively communicate status, risk, and updates to key stakeholders
• Assume responsibility for the program’s people and vendors
• Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI
• Prepare and deliver reports for leadership and key stakeholders as required
• Design and implement mentoring and/or coaching programs that align with the needs of target audience
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience in a channel, industry, or sales role
• Experience in sales and/or channel management
• Strong aptitude with sales methodologies processes and best practices
• Experience in designing and executing strategic sales programs
• Excellent program management and organizational skills; including the ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously
• Experience with outsourcing and working with third-party vendors, remote teams and companies in Europe, Asia, and/or the United States
• Ability and comfort interfacing with senior levels of management, employees, and customers internal and external to the organization and company
• Excellent presentation, writing, and communication skills
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and ability to influence others and drive decisions to closure
• Some travel required (less than 50%)
