National Sales Account Supervisor
Description
The National Account Supervisor (e-Commerce) is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive e-commerce sales plan that will increase national e-commerce distribution, revenues and profits. This role is responsible for planning and implementing sales programs with our national e-commerce partners targeted toward US and international markets. This position will be responsible for managing current accounts and proactively pursuing new accounts with online third party membership based operators.
This an hourly position offering 25 to 30 hours per week.
Duties and Responsibilities
Account Management & National Support
• Perform against horizontal sales growth targets; establish new direct B2B partnerships with domestic and international on-line partners.
• Identify opportunities and create strategies to increase sales with existing on-line accounts (vertical sales growth) for all US and International parks
• Ensure effective control of sales results, and take corrective action to guarantee that achievement of sales objectives falls within designated budgets
• Work closely with corporate ecommerce team, Accesso and corporate finance to ensure timely execution of invoicing and collections
• Audit all ticket sales for accuracy and analyze performance on a monthly basis
• Provide insights on competitive products, sales and marketing activities for all parks
• Work closely with our digital marketing team to drive traffic to e-commerce partners and to pursue other digital marketing activities to increase on-line revenues
• Implement strategies for eCommerce growth with online reporting, trends and insights
• Attend sales meetings, training and trade shows as required
• Prepare business reviews showing customer sales volume (revenue and units), average sales price, and strategies to expand e-commerce presence
• Review and analyze sales performances against promotional programs, quotas and plans to determine program effectiveness and ROI
Other Duties:
• Prepare and coordinate marketing/sales events such as Training, counterparts and team meetings (hotels, meals, set up, tear down) etc.
• Consolidate weekly, monthly reports for corporate team and distribute as needed
• Be efficient in Sales Force and train new team members on methodologies
• Study and attend Sales Force training and implement new strategies and dashboards
• Various other duties as assigned by Corporate Director of Sales
