Sales Executive – XpertHR

Responsibilities:
• Prospect, manage the sales cycle and close business in a variety of account
• Meet and exceed established monthly and quarterly revenue objectives
• Plan and manage deal strategy
• Identify, qualify, orchestrate and close new business within new and accounts
• Manage multiple complex sales processes simultaneously
• Articulate the XpertHR value proposition to senior HR leaders
• Effectively identify and quantify customer objectives, problems and needs, highlight ROI and create consensus with customer organizations through a consultative sales approach
• Work within a team environment; manage internal and external resources to execute sales strategy
• Forecast accurately and maintain the system of record in Salesforce.com
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experiences Required:
• A track record of consistent over-achievement against assigned targets
• Experience of selling into Human Resources departments
• Bachelor degree required
• Demonstrated success in strategic and consultative selling
• High intelligence and mental acuity
• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills
• Hunter mentality
• Highly driven and self-motivated
• Strong leadership and people skills with a desire to take on additional responsibility in the short-term
• Strong business acumen; polished, and articulate, comfortable selling and presenting to senior level executives
