Product Manager I - InterAction
The Product Manager I is responsible for advancing the market leading solution for client relationship management and business development for the legal and professional services segments.
In this role, you will own key product module(s) to integrate near- and long-term market trends with customer needs to define product enhancements in alignment with overarching product strategy. You will engage closely with customers to ensure market success for InterAction. As a product manager, you will have significant working relationships with Senior Executives, client leaders and an extended team of resources from sales, customer support, professional services, marketing and product development.
As the Product Manager I, your key roles and responsibilities will include:
• Execute on key product enhancements for your module(s) to drive the vision
• Identify requirements of InterAction modules, translating into actionable product development and engineering sprints
• Identify, capture and validate customer requirements for the experience offering
• Prioritize requirements and use cases
• Act as subject matter expert and advise various internal, partner, and customer teams
• Work with Product Marketing and Sales teams to articulate value proposition, and to develop and implement go-to-market plans
• Collaborate with the sales and go-to-market teams to drive the customer engagement, including early adopter and advisory board feedback programs
• Communicate, influence and work with executives (within LexisNexis, with partners and with clients) and to explain and evangelize the strategy of InterAction advancement and migration to the cloud
• Help set strategy for technology and implementation partnerships
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years experience in product management for B2B focused software products with at least 5 years total software experience
• Success in agile software development environment
• Experience in on-premise and cloud delivered software products
• Bachelors degree in technical subject (Computer Science, Engineering or similar); MBA preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to explain software to non-technical users.
• Experience working on projects/programs implementing software and process solutions in a high performance scrum development environment.
