Overview
The Solutions Analyst, Enterprise Services & Solutionsis responsible for providing technical advice, counsel and expertise to our sales organization by assisting in driving software sales and professional services revenue. The Analyst creates and maintains a technical account management relationship with both prospective and present Canon Solutions America customers through a broad range of activities including; sales calls, technical presentations, workflow analysis, design/documentation of solutions, implementation delivery, software integration and revenue producing consulting services.

Responsibilities
This position is responsible for the following:
• Assist our sales staff with the evaluation of prospective customers, building of account strategy, and recommending information workflow improvements that can be presented in sales calls or demos
• Provide on-going project management support on solution sales from project design through to implementation
• Assist in the installation and integration of Canon’s Enterprise solutions portfolio
• Generate professional services revenue stream independent of equipment and software sales
• Create collaborative strategies with sales management to increase the solution sales skills and acumen of our sales staff
• Follow-up with customers and internal resources to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
• Maintain knowledge of new industry, competitive and organizational developments as applicable to local markets and position responsibilities
• Manage expenses, support escalations and report on weekly activities
Qualifications
• BA / BS Degree in Technology or Software or equivalent education plus 3 + years’ experience in consultative sales and/or sales analysis as a printing or technical sales consultant providing business process improvement analysis
• Proven ability to meet Professional Services revenue targets
• Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate on many levels, from technical to C-level audiences
• Excellent verbal, written, and problem-solving skills
• Proven problem analysis and resolution skills
• Networking and/or software support experience
• Related industry certifications (Security+, Networking+, MCP , CDIA+) are a plus
• Workflow analysis and assessment and SOW document creation experience a plus
• Must be able to work independently and be an intuitive and creative thinker
• Ability to manage own schedule and to properly prioritize daily / weekly activities
• Capable of operating in a team/project environment
• Ability to travel in assigned region
