The Role:
For the high-energy lead generation professional, the Business Development Representative is a great opportunity to help drive demand for Stitch within the ecommerce fashion, apparel and retail space. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and setting new customers demos for our product consultants and senior account executives. You will also be responsible for accurately tracking customer interactions and information in our CRM system. We're looking for professionals with strong organizational and follow up skills who work well in a team environment and have excellent phone and email skills. Reporting into the Demand Generation Team, you will be committed to providing our prospects with exceptional service and creatively and relentlessly driving new activity. Prior lead generation or sales prospecting experience, along with the ability to quickly assess customer opportunities, preferred.
Responsibilities
• Develop a strong sales pipeline for Account Executives via phone and email communications
• Meet weekly and monthly KPIs to ensure company pipeline and bookings objectives are met
• Develop and execute cold calling and email campaign strategies to qualify potential customers as a match for Stitch
• Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Stitch Labs technology, industry trends, and competition
• Utilize business and industry knowledge to research accounts, identify key contacts, generate interest, create/identify compelling events, and develop accounts
• Manage, track, and report on all activities and results using Salesforce
• Help build and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory
• Conduct high level conversations with Senior Executives in prospect accounts
Ideal Experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• Passion for technology and comfortable in a fast paced startup environment
• Ability to handle high-call volume with a professional and positive approach
• Strong communication, analytic, and listening skills with a great attention to detail
• Self-starter and hardworking, with a track record of success and drive for achievement
• Sales training, pre-call planning, or salesforce.com software experience is a plus
• Bonus points for experience in the fashion, retail or ecommerce space.
