The Content Marketing & Lead Generation Manager develops B2B awareness and lead generation campaigns to elevate the brand and drive client engagement on digital and social media platforms. The Content Marketing & Lead Generation Manager is responsible directing/writing/editing a wide range of marketing content to deliver website traffic and demand creation for the sales team. This individual must be willing to roll up their sleeves and take on all marketing-related tasks, big or small.
Position Responsibilities
• Lead overall content strategy across all relevant interactive channels and automated marketing tools.
• Manage and write content that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).
• Research, plan, and execute innovative demand generation campaigns to raise brand awareness, increase website traffic and drive qualified leads.
• Create the strategy for nurturing leads through a mix of helpful content and other calls-to-action.
• Manage and build various email lists and campaigns, including the design templates, calls-to-action, and content used in your email sends.
• Execution of Webinars to educate clients on the latest marketing trends and new sponsorship programs.
• Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities that detail their effectiveness and business impact.
• Meet goals and KPIs for all brand awareness and demand generation programs.
• Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (Eloqua, CRM, web overview, and lead management processes across those systems).
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, such as Marketing or Communications.
• Experience across all areas of marketing communication, including content marketing, email marketing, social media, blogs, and digital media.
• B2B lead generation management and pipeline development experience needed
• Self-starter with a proven track record of running demand generating digital campaigns.
• Excellent writing and editorial skills; able to focus written materials to ensure impact on targeted business
• A portfolio of relevant work that demonstrates strategic thinking, an engaging writing style, and demand creation campaigns
• Strong marketing acumen, including an understanding of marketing concepts and best practices.
