Qualifications
BS in Finance or Accounting
5+ years of Sales Incentive calculation experience
Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce.com and technically savvy with other data systems including Xactly
Demonstrated project management capabilities and experience with the administration and design of high performance sales team compensation plans
System savvy
Experience in Sales Ops, or Finance supporting Sales is a plus
Analytical with advanced modeling skills, as well as experience with financial statement analysis and understanding of corporate finance concepts
Organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task with limited supervision
