Job Responsibilities:
• Provides sales support to strategic sales reps by helping manage their set of accounts, upselling current clients into new opportunities and assisting with customer inquiries, reporting, follow-up and order entry.
• Prospects and develops relationships with potential customers or leads, to cultivate new business by inbound or outbound telephone calls, emails and/or tradeshow visits.
• Execute customer service through emails and phone calls to current and potential clients. Follow up on customer ROI and resolve client concerns that may arise.
• Establish and maintain current and potential client relationships.
• Maintain accurate and complete information in a CRM database including notes, activity, leads, follow-ups, and work closely with sales managers to provide accurate forecasts to sales director
• Possible travel to company exhibitions & conferences, clients and competitive events and conferences.
• Develop and maintain deep knowledge about our clients, our market, our company and our products
• Gather competitor information to grow market share and increase customer base.
• Work closely with other internal group on billing matters, ad creative, marketing needs and fulfilling project management requirements.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred: 3+ years of relevant experience
• Proven track record of developing new customer accounts requiring heavy prospecting, cold calling, appointment setting and closing ability.
• Proven track record of sales success, fast growth and consistently achieving performance at 100% or above
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interpret marketplace needs and translate them into products and/or services.
• Working knowledge of sales concepts, methods and techniques
• Selling experience in media environment a plus.
• Ability to utilize social media outlets for marketing purposes.
• Strong computer skills to include MS Office Suite and CRM software preferred, SalesForce experience desired.
