Business Analyst, Hearst Magazines Digital Media
Hearst Digital Media is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team in New York. The person must be extremely organized, a self-starter, a fast learner, and very motivated to go above and beyond what is expected.
Responsibilities:
• Approve T&E reports, manage T&E budgets, and ensure all expenses are in line with company guidelines
• Code and approve vendor invoices for various departments and brands
• Prepare and send out monthly financial reports to departments heads
• Assist in the monthly accrual process
• Manage Independent Contract process from contract creation to payment
• Ad hoc financial analysis and reporting
• 0-4 years of previous work experience
• College degree or higher
• Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter
• Ability to efficiently manage time and responsibilities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
The requirements:
