Job Summary:
Provides support in sales administration, generates sales-related reports, and acts as an extension of the national sales team for iHeartMedia West Palm Beach & Treasure Coast radio stations. Candidate skill set requires attention to detail, ownership and discipline working in a high volume, fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Provides administrative and/or process support for national sales, contract/order/revision administration, copy/continuity, customer service, proof of performance and order history
• Acts as an extension of the national sales team by assisting with product pricing, sales development, sales material creation, marketing communications, sponsorship proposals and recaps
• Generates contract confirmations, reports related to sales activities & revenue data, manages pool reports, research and follow up on aging, discrepancies and credits, etc.
• Responds to client requests in a timely and efficient manner, e.g., spot times
• Records and forwards checks, handles contracts for the national sales team including local multi-market clients, prepares presentations, types and proofreads correspondence, files and makes copies, relieves receptionist when necessary
• Create and updates sales/digital/marketing materials as needed to ensure correct information at all times
• Interact closely with Traffic and Continuity Departments to ensure smooth execution of sales orders, missing copy and instructions
• Assists the RSVP and Dir. of Integrated Marketing with weekly revenue reports in addition to quarterly digital Budget Spreadsheet, Budget Prep Sheet and Income Planner for the RSVPS
• Works with the Dir of Integrated marketing by managing & updating the Endorsement Portal re: National Endorsements
Qualifications:
• Demonstrate proficiency composing written communications
• Resourceful, highly dependable, detail oriented
• Other duties as assigned
• 4-year college degree
• Manages time, focuses on urgent and important tasks, avoids procrastination, follows up, shows strong attention to detail, meets deadlines
• Create high quality proposals/presentations
• Must be able to work under precise deadlines and heavy workload
• Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
• Strong organizational skills, adapts to shifts in priorities and urgencies
• Excellent computer skills to include Outlook, MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Ability to learn new industry related programs such as DFP/Salesforce
• Previous Salesforce experience preferred
• Demonstrate proficiency composing written communications
• Resourceful, highly dependable, detail oriented
• Must be a professional proven team player who is solution oriented
• Good problem solving skills and creativity
• Serve as a critical part of the team as well as take personal accountability
• Strong sense of integrity with ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
